Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or personal use reasons. These will be clearly stated on the product page where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after processing, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if needed.
