Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged Packages

Split Shipments
